All sales on TheAlchemistsnook.com website are final and NO refunds. All services and products are pre-paid prior to the service being performed or product being sold. A lot of energy, time, and focus goes into Shamanic Reiki, Home and Office Cleansing, Crystal Healing, Moon Rituals, Tarot Card and Angel Card readings, Dragon Medicine, Ancestral DNA Light Code Healing, crystal intuitive readings, and crystals and energy tool purchases. You are purchasing these services and products with an open mind and heart to seek guidance, healing, clarity, and information. Crystals and Energy Tools can only be purchased and used by the purchaser and cannot be returned or refunded. In addition, what you hear may not be what you expected because it can be sensitive information. If you feel uncomfortable, trust that what you think, feel, or hear is for your highest good and performed with Love and Guidance from the Divine. People have Free Will to make choices as to the road they want to travel on. Therefore, a person’s future is in the Divine’s hands. Sometimes people need time to reflect on the service performed. This is a place of peace and love for the services provided and products sold. Absolutley no discrimination and no judgement are allowed. TheAlchemistsNook.com and Toriane, individually, appreciate working with like-minded and open-minded clients that share in the same interests and respects all humankind. All services are confidential, unless the customer shares emails with others that were sent to the customer from TheAlchemistsNook.com. You can share your experience and emails sent to you from TheAlchemistsNook.com and Toriane, individually, only if it does not cause any harm to you or your recipient.

The AlchemistsNook.com and Toriane, individually, are not legal, accounting, or medical professionals. They are not responsible for any actions a client decides to take after receiving a service or purchases a product.  TheAlchemistsNook.com and Toriane, individually, cannot provide diagnoses. If you, the client, have concerns regarding your physical, emotional and/or mental health, marriage, or any other professional services such as financial and/or legal matters, you must consult a qualified and licensed professional.

The AlchemistsNook.com and Toriane, individually ask that the client be respectful of time and energy. Toriane will not provide answers to ongoing questions after a service. Toriane will answer one or two questions to clarify any information that was delivered after a service. Clients can sign up for additional services in order for you to continue to heal yourself. 

There is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy prior to any appointment. All sales on any services listed on TheAlchemistsNooks.com Services page are Final Sales. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, or if you dislike what you heard. TheAlchemistsNooks.com will refund only if a service is refused by Toriane, or if she has to personally cancel the service due to unforeseen events or technical issues. TheAlchemistsNooks.com and Toriane, individually, have the right to refuse any service for any reason.  Toriane is a person of integrity, ethics, and moral boundaries. She will not give her energy to a person who makes her feel uncomfortable or an uncomfortable situation. 

Toriane is intuitive, not psychic. She cannot give you dates, predict your future, nor read for third parties. Toriane uses her subconscious to tap into the clients subconscious, and works with her Spirit Guides and the clients when performing Reiki, Tarot, and Angel Card readings.  Toriane gives feedback to the client on what energy she sees, and is truthful in regards to how to expand yourself, relationships, career, and life in general.  Toriane is here to help give the client clarity and to empower them to heal themselves. The client is responsible for what they do with the information. Everything happens in divine timing. That includes information that the client may not understand or be confused with now, but the client may connect with the information later. Trust the process. 

All people have Free Will to make their own choices and decisions for their life and future. TheAlchemistsNook.com nor Toriane, individually, will be held responsible for any future decisions a client makes after a service session

When will you receive your emails regarding your services purchased and any products purchased?

Please allow up to seven working days for your email regarding your service request to be sent to you. The reading will be sent to the email you provide on checkout, so be sure to add the correct email address. If you haven’t received your reading after seven working days, check your spam or junk mail folders, add info@thealchemistsnook.com to your safe email list.

Allow up to Fourteen working days, unless told it will take longer,  for products to be delivered.
